ERC includes the following Departments:
- Dendrology and Forest Selection;
- Landscape Architecture and Park-Gardening Construction;
- Decorative Horticulture and Phytodesign.
Educational work
Educational process is directed to the effective individual training of up-to-date specialist who is able to solve modern industrial or scientific tasks.
At the ERC the following disciplines are delivered: Dendrology, Forest Selection, Fundamentals of Ecology and Nature Protection, Reserves, Decorative Horticulture, Landscape Projecting, Park Science, Landscape Design, Interior greenery and Phytodesign etc. Since 2003 the specialization «Environment and Reserves» has been started.
Scientific activity
The main directions of scientific researches at the ERC of Decorative Horticulture and Landscape Architecture are landscape architecture, decorative horticulture, tree species introduction, phytocenology, dendrology, reserve geosothology.
Services, propositions, cooperation
The ERC cooperates with famous dendrology gardens, botanical gardens, environment reserves, and establishments of executive power for environmental protection in Ukraine. The ERC renders consulting services for appropriate directions of its scientific and educational activity.
