- formation of individual creative development;
- development of art potential;

- education of regardful attitude to national and cultural traditions and social customs, work on their safety and spreading.

- providing of high professional students training;
- formation of practical skills in future specialists, who can be adapted at he labour market;
- implementation of modern methods and innovative technologies;
